Mental health support is a critical innovation needed to sustain nursing practices and advance patient-centered care. Nurses often experience high levels of stress and burnout, which can negatively affect patient outcomes. Providing access to counseling services, resilience training programs, and peer support networks can significantly improve nurses' mental well-being (Williams & Moser, 2019). Additionally, incorporating mindfulness and stress management techniques into nursing education and practice can help nurses cope with the emotional toll of their work.
