Stunting in toddlers remains a critical public health issue in developing countries, including Indonesia. This study focuses on evaluating the implementation of integrated policies aimed at reducing stunting rates in North Gorontalo Regency, highlighting the factors that influence policy success. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and analysis of relevant documents. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify barriers and enablers of policy implementation. The findings indicate that coordination among Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) is suboptimal, and the implementation of relevant regulations is incomplete. The study identified four key factors influencing policy success: communication, resource availability, disposition of implementing actors, and bureaucratic structure. These factors collectively contribute to the challenges in achieving effective policy implementation. To address stunting effectively, enhanced cross-sectoral coordination, improved human resource capacity, and full implementation of existing regulations are essential. These improvements could significantly impact the effectiveness of stunting interventions in North Gorontalo Regency. Not applicable. This study does not involve a healthcare intervention on human participants.
