Abstract

In recent years, the use of screens in children is becoming more frequent, affecting their comprehensive development. This study investigated how the use of screens affects language development in Ecuadorian children aged 36 to 78 months. An empirical, descriptive and correlational quantitative approach was used. The sample included 935 participants, assessed with the Screen Use Impact Survey on Children's Language Development and the CUMANIN test.
